This is typically an error associated with Mozilla Firefox.  Please complete the following:

Open the Mozilla web browser and click on "Tools", located at the top of the page, and then select "Add-Ons".

Once in the "Add-Ons" tab, click on the "Extensions" button at the top, and then highlight "The Browser Highlighter" section.  Once this is highlighted, you can then click on the disable button.

Restart your browser.

You should now be able to complete the application process.
